This is the darkest roast we offer.
We thought Cornerstone would be the darkest we ever went but for some it just wasn’t dark enough.
Most are content to gaze into the starry night sky. But Pillar of Smoke devotees aren’t content with shooting stars and the Milky Way. They crave Super Massive Black Holes where flavor and texture are crushed into the unfathomably dark portal to another dimension.
What’s on the other side? We can’t say for sure but we hope it’s a place filled with cake and creamer.
Cornerstone
A blend of coffees from Honduras and Brazil roasted to the dark end of medium.
Clean and interesting enough to drink black but bold and chocolatey enough to pair well with milk.
Also makes great espresso.
MorningStar
A blend of coffees from Honduras and Colombia roasted to the light end of medium.
This dynamic duo has the classic nutty foundation you’d expect from Central American coffees with a bright citrus finish that makes it a delight to drink on its own.
Plays well with milk but has plenty to offer for those who enjoy their coffee black.
